The COO is accountable for delivering on the short-term expectations for budget/productivity, demand, quality of care, client satisfaction and quality of work life. The COO provides a "linking" function by participating in strategic processes, shaping and executing operational decisions. The COO is responsible for business development to expand non-publicly funded revenues and strategic partnerships. The COO must work in close collaboration with all members of the Leadership Team. The COO leads and directs the work of certain members of the Leadership Team; Director of Clinical Operations, Director of Human Resources, Director of Quality and Outcomes; Director of Community Based Services; the Director of Support Services.

Administrative Specialist

The Administrative Specialist will primarily be responsible to complete the needed tasks at the receptionist, admission, medical records, operator, crisis coordinator and transcriptionist stations. This includes managing the areas of responsibility in a professional manner in matters of customer service, which may include directing clients and visitors to the appropriate staff members/rooms.

This position requires you to follow process and procedures as well as operating agency vehicles. Crisis Resolution Program

Crisis Attendant Care Providers provide one-to-one direct care to children/adolescents that are experiencing severe emotional disturbance (SED) or are at risk of becoming SED. Services are provided using the treatment plan, developed by the treatment team including the family.

Mental Health Specialist

This position provides direct service in a group setting for children who meet the criteria for severe emotional disturbance (SED) and who are struggling in their academic, educational, social and home settings.The Mental Health Specialist (MHS) works collaboratively with the client, family, school and treatment team to identify treatment goals and objectives; to plan and implement effective treatment; to teach and facilitate the use of healthy social skills, communication, and emotional identification; and to tailor quality care for each child's unique emotional and social development. MHS staff utilize a variety of treatment interventions to enhance each child's progress.

Clinician

The Clinician is primarily responsible for providing individual, family and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents and families at Family Service & Guidance Center. The Clinician works closely with the client, family, teachers, school professionals and treatment team to identify treatment goals, objectives and discharge criteria.

CPST

The Community Psychiatric Support Treatment Provider (CPST) provides goal directed supports and solution focused interventions intended to achieve identified goals or objectives as set forth in the client's individual treatment plan. CPST is a face-to-face intervention with the client present; however, family or other collaterals may be involved. The majority of CPST contacts must occur in community locations where the person lives, works, attends schools, and/or socializes.
