The Mental Health Specialist (MHS) works collaboratively with the client, family, school and treatment team to identify treatment goals and objectives; to plan and implement effective treatment; to teach and facilitate the use of healthy social skills, communication, and emotional identification; and to tailor quality care for each child's unique emotional and social development. MHS staff utilize a variety of treatment interventions to enhance each child's progress.

The Crisis CPST conducts face-to-face interventions with the client present; however, family or other collaterals may be involved. The majority of the Crisis CPST's contacts must occur in community locations where the person lives, works, attends school, and/or socializes.

The School-Based Clinician will be responsible for providing for the delivery of mental health services to assigned clients at their designated school (s) and will provide consultation services to the school staff to support the overall mental health goals of the child. The School-Based Clinician provides a range of clinically indicated services, including but not limited to individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy for children/youth with behavioral health conditions and their families.

Crisis Resolution Program

Crisis Attendant Care Providers provide one-to-one direct care to children/adolescents that are experiencing severe emotional barriers or are at risk of facing these emotional barriers. Services are provided using the treatment plan developed by the treatment team including the family.

The Registered Behavior Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community and school settings. Position will collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and assist the Behavior Analyst and other staff with clinical assessments as needed.
