Position Summary

This position will provide support related to process & procedure, EMR training, process help desk, and documentation as directed by the EHR Support Team Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Process and Procedure Administrator
    • Develop/Update processes, procedures, and forms at the direction of the Chief Financial Officer.
    • Attend Clinical Oversight committee, Team Manager, and meetings as needed.
    • Maintain all Forms/Procedures on The Insider and ensure they are properly linked. Assist in the maintenance of Helpful Information as directed.  
  • Process & Procedure Committee Recorder - Prepare the meeting agenda with supporting documentation, record the minutes and follow-up to ensure decisions are carried out. 
  • Provide software help desk services.
  • BrightEHR Cloud Implementation and Facilitation.
  • Member of BrightEHR training team.
  • Maintain BrightEHR Training Manual.
  • Correction form process.
  • Prepare External Audits for review, track, and transmit.
  • Prepare Monthly Report Summary.
  • Back up to the Administrative Reviewer and Outcome Specialist as assigned.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the EHR Team Manager.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Licensure:

  • High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred.


Experience:

  • 1   year customer service experience.
  • 1   year experience working with an electronic medical record.
  • 1    year experience developing and writing procedures.
  • Auditing experience preferred.
