Maintenance and Facilities Technician

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; Some overtime and afterhours work required.
Position requires frequent manual labor. This position requires managing and maintaining the maintenance and upkeep of the facility and grounds. Additional qualifications include the ability to monitor and oversee custodial service and other contracted maintenance, as well as monitoring/scheduling routine maintenance, tracking and ordering necessary supplies.
General understanding of HVAC is preferred.

Working conditions include working outside in all weather conditions. There is a slight risk of exposure to aggressive children. Job will require traveling from facility to facility as the need dictates.
